Failure to comply with any of the following will result in no tattoo and a forfeiture of your deposit!
• Upon arrival for your appointment, please stay in your car and call the shop (513) 832-3963 to let us know you’ve arrived. We will meet you at the door for symptom assessment and will send you directly to your artist’s station. Hand sanitizer will be available upon entry.
• Face masks must be worn for the duration of your shop visit.
• Please come by yourself, absolutely no guests allowed.
• If you are ill, have been in contact with an ill person, or have an ill person in your home, please re-schedule your appointment. Even if it’s last-minute. You will not lose your deposit.
